Sexual Positions to Improve PE
Even a tangential research on the Internet will yield literally hundreds of thousands of sites dealing with sexual positions to improve PE. While men suffering from the sexual dysfunction known as premature ejaculation are ever ready to swallow another pill, herbal supplement, or tincture designed to make them more virile and last longer, many a website maintains that certain positions used during intercourse will serve to offer more pleasure to both partners while at the same time reducing instances of PE.
One such position is referred to as coital alignment, although in the vernacular of the ‘Net it may be known as "doing the Cat" or go by various other terms. By and large the theory behind this position is that the man and woman will be facing one another and aligning their pelvis bones to such an extent that the man's penis is only partially inserted into the vagina while his pelvis bone is directly positioned above her clitoris. Rather than thrusting, the slow grinding - or humping - that this position permits slows down the male arousal while increasing the female's, thereby delaying ejaculation. Granted, it is a bit awkward sounding, but if one may believe the various sources that are citing this as a great way of avoiding PE related dissatisfaction, it works almost every single time.
There are a number of variations to this position, but by and large the stimulation of the female partner while not completely stimulating the male is found to be a useful methodology of avoiding PE and related conditions. Other sexual positions to improve PE usually suggest that the woman will straddle the man and actively pursue her gratification prior to permitting him to take the lead. In many ways this may improve a couple's odds of enjoying a satisfying sex life in that the male no longer has to worry about satisfying his partner while at the same time seeking to withhold sexual gratification from himself.
Even as this is by no means a foolproof method, the variation of the sexual positions could be considered useful in that it involves the other partner in dealing with premature ejaculation rather than keeping this burden on the man's shoulders alone. In the same vein, when combined with relaxation techniques and also meditation, this form of variation will ensure that another potentially successful approach is added to the mix of advances taken to resolve PE.
Although this suggestion is a far cry from a cure and complete solution, it is in fact a most enjoyable methodology of dealing with the issue and if it enables the man alone and for him together with his partner to alleviate some of the frustration, anxiety, fear, nervousness, and feelings of inadequacy that may have marred prior sexual encounters, it is well worth a try! Of course, all of these suggestions are good and well but if they are not added to a doctor's visit then they will fail to achieve the ultimate goal of dealing with PE, especially by ruling out any physical contributory factors. Similarly, experimenting with herbal supplements may actually be somewhat dangerous if mutual sexual gratification is sought at the cost of one partner's health.
