Regular exercise can help you sleep better, so take the dog for a walk after dinner, join a gym and go swimming a couple nights a week, it is important to not over do it, as too much exercise may actually increase symptoms. In addition, maintaining a regular sleep cycle can help you feel better overall. It is advised that avoiding nicotine and chocolate close to bedtime, as well as alcohol can also help in preventing problems sleeping at night.
