Alternative Medicine for Type A Personalities
Did you know that alternative medicine is perfect for certain personality types? Say you are a "Type A" personality and most likely married to your work. Working out is likely not on your radar, and neither is eating healthy and spending ample time in healthful contemplation. On the flipside of your power trip is the knowledge that you cannot keep going at this breakneck speed forever, because before long it is likely to break you. Thus you are looking for a happy middle ground. You cannot afford to be out of the office on sick leave any more than you afford the time it takes to live, eat, and exercise yourself to health.
