When you eat, always make sure that what you eat is nutritious and is full of helpful nutrients that can make your body healthy. Always count the calorie content of the food you are eating. healthy foods includes vegetables, fruits, lean meat, fish, milk, rice and bread. Before you eat, choose foods that can help you maintain or loose weight and not to gain weight. For example, when you are eating steak as your viand, you can eat the meat part but not the fatty part of it. Sometimes we tend to eat the fatty part because it is more juicy and more savory than that of the meaty part where it is lean and sometimes dry. Always keep in mind that not all the time you can eat the foods that your heart desire. you need to have control on the food that you are eating especially your favorite ones.
