5 Things You Must Know About Keep Fit

1. Diet

Balanced diet plan is necessary to keep you fit. Eat the right amount of protein and the protein you consume increases your muscle mass. The increase in muscle means the more calorie you burn to keep you fit. Prepare your dietary plan and follow the plan to keep you fit. Your diet plan should contain proper nutrition. The foods should contain at least five servings of fruits and vegetables i.e., two fruits and three vegetables. Eat more fiber rich foods like whole grains and foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Add water into your diet plan because drinking plenty of water is one of the effective way to keep fit. It increases your metabolism and burns your fat fast. You can eat your food as 5 - 6 times instead of eating three meals. You should avoid junk foods, soft drinks, sugar, salt, oily and spicy foods from your diet. Do not drink coffee or tea more than a cup in a day. Never skip your breakfast because it is an unhealthy habit. Do not eat incomplete food and never stay hungry. You should avoid bad habits like smoking, drugs and alcohol.

2. Exercise

Exercise is the must to keep you fit. You should do exercises to burn the excess calories you have from your food. You can do simple exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics or play any games as your wish. Keep yourself active means keep fit. You should do your exercises regularly to keep fit all the time and have to do exercises at least for 5 days in a week. You can do exercises with the help of some equipment. You have to choose the exercise as your body condition. Regular physical activities improve your fitness.

3. Enough rest

You should take enough rest after all the workouts to stay fit and healthy. You should sleep 7 hours a day. Your body gets repaired while you are sleeping, so it is important to improve your sleeping habit to keep your body fit. Enough sleeping improves your immune system and you feel refreshed every morning. That will be very helpful for the day. Sleep well and keep your body fit. You should stay relax and without any stress throughout the day by taking rest well.

4. Listen to your body

Always follow your body's instructions in each and everything to endure fitness. Eating more or eating less, exercise heavily or less are all the means of failure in the attempt of keeping you fit. So always follow the diet plan and exercises that fit your body condition more. Everyone has different types of body structure. You should motivate your mind strongly to keep fit and stay healthy. Do the things according to your body's response.

5. Regular health check-up

To stay fit all your life time, you should have the regular maintenance of your body by attending your doctor for a regular health check-up. This habit keeps you away from any sudden diseases and helps you to keep fit for a long run.
