It costs $150 to take the reflexology certification exam, and after the exam is passed, you are required to pay $40 per year in order to remain an active certificant. 12 hours of continuing education in the field of reflexology are required to be undertaken every two years in order to ensure that you remain up to speed about the latest techniques and advancements in the field.
