5 Things You Must Know About Staying Healthy

1.Have a healthy breakfast

The most important thing that has to be done after we wake up is to eat a proper breakfast.Most people skip breakfast entirely or drink coffee instead, which is very bad for the health.

Energy provided by a healthy breakfast provides us with energy to do both mental and physical work and be more concentrated.

It is very important to eat breakfast,especially for the people that have weight problems.

Many people make mistake by avoiding breakfast because they think it is the best way to lose weight.

This is a major health problem for many people because starvation has nothing to do with weight loss,it can only lead to various health problems.

2.Drink water

Most doctors recommend people to drink at least two or three liters of water a day.

Water is very important for our organism,it is involved in all functions of our body.Many things in our body such as digestion,circulation and absorption of of nutrients are impossible without presence of water.

It is the most important factor in body detoxification,it eliminates harmful ingredients found in our organism through sweat and urine.

Despite the fact we get a lot of water through food we eat and beverages we drink pure water is the best thing we can give to our body.

3.Physical activity

Many people spend a lot of time in their offices or at home sitting and doing nothing.It has strong effects on our health because lack of movement makes us a perfect target for various diseases.

Exercising on a daily basis is very important for staying healthy,it doesn't mean people have to spend hours in the gym,riding a bike or walking for 30 minutes a day is enough to stay fit.

4.Proper rest

Resting is something each person needs and when we work too much and lack sleep our immune system crashes making us potential target for a disease.

It is very important to sleep enough to give our body a chance to rest and be prepared for further work.

Working at night also weakness our immune system,finding a balance between work and sleep is something every person has to do in order to stay healthy.

Human sleep-wake cycle is regulated by our brain,it is our daily rhythm that helps us fall asleep when we are tired and wake up when we had enough rest.

4.Social life

There are many physical factors that threaten our health but lack of company and social life can be very harmful for our body.

Feeling depressed is a very big health problem today,there are millions of people who feel bad and make no contacts with other human beings.

Meeting new people and maintaining relationships is something every person has to do because it has positive effects on our brain which controls the body.

Psychical health largely contributes our overall health so maintaining a good social life is necessary to live a healthy life.
